  • Cosy one-bedroom holiday home located in the heart of Malaga's historic centre.



    This duplex-style, tastefully-furnished holiday rental is made up of two floors:



    On the main floor, you will find a comfortable bedroom with plenty of closet space, a brand new bathroom and open-plan kitchen with all the facilities one needs in a holiday home.



    The dining / living room open-plan area gives onto a small balcony to enjoy the lively street life.



    A staircase leads you to the second floor where you will find a large terrace that looks onto Malaga's picturesque church, San Juan.



    This comfortable holiday home features hi-speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning/heating throughout the property.



    A parking space is available in a building nearby for 15€ per day.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Malaga is beautiful and Carlos was kind, patient, and accommodating. Could not recommend staying here enough.

All very efficient. Apartment was as good as pictured. Perfect location, central but quiet. Amazing bed! Would stay there again.

Nice apartment. Very central lots of nearby shops and resturants. Easy walking distance to everything. Lovely private terrace. Would not recommend spiral stairs if you have poor mobility but fine for us. Equipped with everything you need. Small convenice store right opposite for essentials. There is a lift in the building good for getting luggage up.

A wonderful situation in the heart of Malaga

We were very impressed by the Solaga team, they were all friendly and helpful. The apartment is very centrally located with everything you need nearby and lovely restaurants and shops with Malaga mainly pedestrianised. We highly recommend staying here!

Lovely apartment with roof top terrace

Perfect apartment in prime location. Close to shops, cafes, restaurant and museums. Despite being centrally located, the apartment is very quiet and you can be sure to get a good nights . Solaga's staff are always helpful, kind, trustworthy, punctual, flexible and super professionel. We have used Solaga several times, and I can highly recommend them. Everything was perfect.

We found this unit in Malaga to be just what we were looking for. Clean and spacious and well equipped for 2. The roof top terrace was very nice, albeit the spiral staircase to access it is for the able bodied only. Communications with the property manager were quick and helpful.The location was very convenient and yet quiet, being located on pedestrian only streets. A real oasis among the chaos of Malaga.

Perfect!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment in the centre of the old part of Malaga. The location is perfect, everything is within a short walking distance. Despite being right in heart of things, it was in a quiet spot and as everybody has said the roof terrace is a fantastic place to chill out. Excellent & quick communication throughout the process. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come back to beautiful Malaga.

Very cozy with a great terrace

The apartment is super cozy and equipped with everything you need. We immediately felt very comfortable! Drinking a coffee in the morning and a delicious wine in the evening on the great terrace is simply wonderful! We will definitely book this apartment again. The Solaga staff are very nice and helpful (thanks to Albert).

Wonderful stay

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful newly renovated apartment. The location is excellent if you want to explore the historic center of Malaga. The apartment is lovely, with all the amenities matching the description. Communication with the managing company was seamless and easy, and the agents were extremely responsive whenever their assistance was needed. Looking forward to coming back!

The location is perfect. Right in the center and no noise at all. Everything close by, within walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped. And the airport transfer service was perfect. We were also welcomed upon arrival. Everything was very well arranged.

Great apartment, it's exactly as described. I immediately felt at home and it was sparkling clean. The roof terrace is the ultimate highlight and I really enjoyed having breakfast and soaking up the sun. High-quality decor, comfy bed. Super fast, friendly and smooth communication. Wonderful spot!

My husband and I had a wonderful 5 nights at this apartment. Check-in and out was easy with Theresa. Very nice. She was very informative with the apartment and restaurants. Quick to respond via message. The location of this apartment was perfect. Short walking distance to everything. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We loved it. Thank you :)
