This exclusive two-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a beautiful building located on Marín García street, one of the most central areas of the city.

Upon entering the apartment, we find a hall, in which there is a nice sofa and to the right a dressing table with a beautiful chair. Continuing further on, we find the main corridor with some spectacular mirrors on the wall, the first door on the right leads to the bedroom with a double bed, a full en-suite bathroom and a bright window. Continuing down the corridor leads us to a spacious and elegantly decorated living room that includes a dining table and a bright balcony. In the living room we can see the open kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for day to day. At the end of the living room we find the master bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom en suite.

Marín García street is one of the most sought after in Malaga. It is located in the best area of the center, a few meters from the emblematic Calle Larios, the main artery of the city. In addition, it is within walking distance of all the monuments and emblematic places of the city: the Museums, the Cathedral, the Alcazaba, the Plaza de la Marina, etc., everything is just a few meters from the apartment.

Despite being located in the center, Calle Marín García is a quiet street, although the area is full of restaurants and small tapas bars where you can taste the best Malaga and Andalusian gastronomy. Also in the surroundings there are supermarkets and small shops where you will find everything you need for your stay.
