Felix Saenz - Holiday Penthouse Malaga City

This luxurious brand new penthouse is located on the 5th floor of Malaga's famous building Malaga Felix Saenz, which was considered the most privileged location of the city at the beginning of the 20th century. It was completely renovated in 2011.



The accommodation is on the top floor of the building and offers a large living room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, dining table and access to a narrow balcony overlooking the rooftops. The living room has access to a fully equipped kitchen; on the charming terrace, you will find a dining table and breathtaking views of the city. The bedroom has an extra large bed, a bathroom with shower, a wardrobe and also has access to the balcony. This apartment is of exceptional quality and is perfect for a romantic getaway in the city.



The accommodation has air conditioning, high speed internet, internet TV. Parking is only 100 meters away from the apartment.



Please note that that the building façade is currently undergoing renovation, with completion expected by June 2026. As a result, views from the terrace may be partially obstructed, and you may notice some noise and dust during your stay.

Fabulous Location

Nice apartment right in the heart of the historic area of Malaga. Check in was a little confusing as we were not aware that we had to inform the agent when we arrived in the Malaga which meant we were stood outside apartment for around 25 minutes. The apartment needs a little refurbishment. Bathroom ceiling tiles were damaged and ill fitting. Little surprised that there was no welcome pack such as tea or coffee but was delighted to see cleaning products ( as we needed to use them on arrival) Communication during the stay was excellent. We had an issue with the smoke alarm that was rectified immediately. Apartment is in a fabulous location and the bed was comfortable

Good but could be better

It was a good apartment, although the bathroom was very small and there was nowhere to put any toiletries. A few small touches could improve the stay, such as a welcome pack or even a bottle of water and some teabags, milk and coffee etc. The outside area was a little shabby and uninviting.

Perfect Break in Malaga

This apartment is fantastic. Even better than the listing which in itself gave high expectations. We had a great time in Malaga. The location is perfect and had everything we needed. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Appartement très bien situé , parfaitement équipé , confortable et propre

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Malaga. A l'arrivée nous avions rendez-vous avec Carlos qui nous attendait pour nous présenter l'appartement. L'accueil est irréprochable , l'appartement idéalement situé dans le centre historique de Malaga . Les commerces , restaurants , activités touristiques sont toutes à moins de 10 minutes de marche. Bien que placé en centre ville , l'appartement est très calme , les équipements modernes et fonctionnels , et , cerise le gâteau , une petite terrasse idéalement exposée pour y prendre les repas. A recommander sans hésitation

Great location

Centrally located apartment, walking distance to all major attractions in Malaga. Very clean and comfortable, all necessary amenities in place. Very good service by property manager, meet and greet, despite later than anticipated arrival, provided all essential information about the property and neighborhood. Perfect Malaga location

This property is in the perfect Malaga location. Shops, restaurants and more are right in front of your door. We enjoyed a quick walk to the beach (about 10 minutes). Perfect holiday. Perfect apartment.

The apartment is just a beautiful place to chill, relax and in a fantastic location. We went for my husbands birthday and for the 5th time in two years. We normal stay in a fab hotel but will definitely being using this apartment again in the near future. Recommend it for a great place to stay in a great city.

Excellent apartment in great location

Booked this apartment through Solaga- all contact with Solaga was instant and helpful. The apartment is lovely with a small terrace overlooking the Plaza, small balconies run along the lounge and bedroom also. The location is excellent close to all the main attractions. The Mercado Central de Atarazanas is five mins away. Would def stay here again

On top of Plaza Felix Saenz in Malaga

My wife and I spent 15 days in Malaga (October 2017) and truly enjoyed staying in the Felix Saenz apartment. The place was clean, well furnished, sound proof. We particularly enjoyed the quality of the bed: great comfort. The location of the apartment is perfect: close to the port, to the cathedral, and at walking distance from Corte Ingles (9-10 minutes) where we found everything we wanted for cooking.

Superb apartment

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this penthouse apartment. Situated in the old town, everything Malaga has to offer is on your doorstep. Plenty of restaurants and bars, only a short stroll to the modern port area, again with plentiful restaurants, bars and shops. A further few minutes and you are on the lovely stretch of beach. I would strongly recommend Malaga as a holiday destination and this apartment is just perfect for a couple.
