The apartment is in a 19th century building in the historic center and has been completely renovated, respecting the original elements. It also has hot/cold air conditioning throughout the house.

Two of the bedrooms have a comfortable extra-size double bed, superkind (180x200) and also have a dressing room; and the third of the bedrooms has two single beds (90x200) that can also be put together to become a double bed. The living-dining room has a smart TV and is open to four magnificent balconies that give it a lot of light. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, capsule coffee machine, kettle, and everything you need to cook. The whole house has hot/cold air conditioning. It is located in a historic building, on the first floor without a lift.

It is an ideal location to enjoy the museums, walks, gardens and monuments of the center. Nearby are also the most popular shopping streets, restaurants, taverns and cafes where life and the most genuine and cosmopolitan atmosphere take place in the center.

It is exceptionally located, in the center of Malaga. It is one step away from all the monuments and museums. It is also close to supermarkets, fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants. It is easy to get to from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. Just a 7-minute walk away is the Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops of the main urban bus lines. The Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is also about a 14-minute walk away, so you can quickly reach the airport and the Málaga-María Zambrano Station.

CHECK IN: Arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we make an effort to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request.
PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged for the entire reservation, as we must carry out a special cleaning to avoid harming allergic guests. We can provide bed and feeder-drinker, upon request.
