Would be great if staff gave you ALL details/included a tour of the facilities beforehand, as well as cancelation policies for excursions. Other than that the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The property is advertised as a 4 star probably based on the amenities however it’s a 3 star at the most based on UK STANDARDS. The food is limited for vegetarians apart from the array of salads and possibly 4 vegetarian main options. Foods are not not always labelled. However the chef is accommodating if given pre-notice. Rooms needs a revamp, common areas are not cleaned, sun bed are not cleaned daily.
