Welcome to our house it is a very cosy well equiped property set on an acre with majority native garden offering a quiet peaceful location which attracts lots of native bird/wild life. Our property caters for all groups families, fishing groups, nature lovers, couples and friends looking for a catch up. The property boasts plenty of parking with boats welcome to park on the lawn also offering plenty of space for the family to play.
The property’s kitchen is very well equipped if you like to cook, entertainment is well catered for large flat screen TV, Netflix, WiFi, Foxtel, games, dvds, books and outdoor equipment. Large reverse cycle air-con provides cooling and heating making this property comfortable all year round. We have a wrap around deck offering lots of seating areas and BBQ area.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite and TV. Second bedroom double bed plus TV. Third bedroom double bed and fourth bedroom 2 singles with kids TV games. All beds are made supplied with linen and towels all you need to bring is beach towels. The laundry has washing machine and dryer plus full sized clothes line outside, main bathroom has bath for the kids.

Please Note: Wood fire is not for guests use.

This property has everything you need for a short or long stay. Lovely and relaxing stay at property. Really enjoyed all the bird life around. Has wifi & Netflix as advertised which is a great added extra. I really hope we can stay again in the future.

Tranquility and Nature at its best

Amaroo was big and spacious for a group of people to stay. Beds very comfortable and kitchen has a lot of appliances to use. The outside areas are fantastic. The place could do with a good deep clean but if you can oversee this it’s a perfect getaway.

Serenity with lots of space

It's a lovely property, lots of potential. Not sure how this property would accommodate 8 people because of the size of hot water service. The serenity is lovely, as is the wildlife. A few things need updating, such as the BBQ, kitchen lighting, loose floor board near the ensuite toilet,some of the cookware. The range of appliances was terrific. Supply of cleaning, storage wraps etc was good. Overall, a nice, relaxing stay.

It was a great house size wise and bedrooms etc A bit disappointed that there was no hand wash or soap or detergent left for us. Also towels were a bit rough Fairly clean but under beds etc weren’t that great.

We were extremely happy staying here. Great house with everything we could ever need. Fantastic outdoor areas and gardens - even had a koala visit in one of the trees! Will definitely stay here again.

All You Need

The property was as described and offered everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, appliances all in good order, grocery items just in case you forgot something was a wonderful addition. Ease of parking including a boat was welcome. We would return to the proeprty again.

Great holiday accommodation

We stayed for 3 nights in Mallacoota, the accommodation is very nice ,the house is on a large block, great for pets,but it hasn't got fences around the property. Inside of the house is very cozy with plenty of space , it has got everything you need for cooking.Quiet location, it is on the way into town and beaches.

Quiet location with house situated on large block with lots of space.

The house was in a perfect position as quiet street and a quick drive to shops. Plenty of room outside to accommodate a large boat and many cars, with still more room for kids and pets to play in. Inside was family friendly also with ample sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Good sized living room and kitchen with all amenities. Great place to stay we would come again.
