We were travelling to visit friends and found the Story to be very convenient with helpful staff. The hotel is well kept and the roof bar had great views. The room was a bit on the small side and the breakfast area was crowded at the weekend.

Clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. Big towels and they have hair conditioner and lotion. The room has refrigerator and on it a complimentary water which is very much appreciated. The breakfast place has nice view, but the breakfast itself is ok. The staff are friendly. The hotel location is few minutes walk from Malmo central station.

A superb place to stay! I had room 1320, which was wheelchair accessible, including grab bars on the toilet. The front desk people were terrific. Location: about 2 blocks from the train station, right on a waterfront canal, so there was a lovely view from my window.

Really pleasant stay. Room had everything needed plus amazing view over the sea. Delicious breakfast, also with an amazing view to all directions. Good location - easy access from the trainstation, short walk to the city.

I stayed at the hotel with a group of 8 friends and everyone was very satisfied. The rooms are very clean and the view was unique. The breakfast in the restaurant on the rooftop was also impressive.

The room was fine, the cleaning staff was super nice, but the TV didn't have standard channels, and the reception wasn't helpful in fixing a bowl for our cat, even though it was advertised as a pet-friendly hotel. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, but some stuff was dry/old. The room service menu was impossible to understand and had incorrect allergy information

Amazing views and comfortable rooms

Nice location and amazing view from rooms and (breakfast) restaurant on 14th floor. Comfortable beds and overall very nice room. Breakfast quite standard, but okay. Restaurant area looked at bit tired / worn down. Another time I would just have a drink there for the view, but prefer going to nearby Ruth’s for breakfast.

Very nice room, super clean, smelled good. The room had a minibar, a hairdryer, room service, tv with chromecast and shower gel, shampoo/conditition and body lotion at the bathroom.The breakfast was great, and had everything one needs. Would 100% stay there again. We also had a room with a sea view which was incredible.

This was a great hotel that was close to Malmo central station and other attractions in Malmo. The staff were polite and friendly. We were able to check in early and store our bags when we have checked out and wanted to explore the city. Breakfast is included and has many options! Beware of the seagulls on the patio…they will eat your breakfast if you leave for a second.

Boutique hotel experience in Malmo

We arrived early afternoon and immediately welcomed and told our room was ready then givend a drink credit for the restaurant bar. Location is close to the train station and walking distance to old town. We paid for the upgraded city view and well with the price as you get both city an canal views. Breakfast was good with hot coffee and fresh orange juice. We would have loved to spend another night but our travel plans would not allow. Highly recommend for those who enjoy a small, quiet, boutique hotel experience.
