The Space
The living area is upstairs and features banquette dining seating, a chefs kitchen and butlers pantry and a gorgeous built in electric fireplace. The soaring ceilings allow light to flood in and the luxurious neutral tones and finishes will make you feel right at home. The living area flows out to a sun filled 6.3m deck which is set up for alfresco dining with a BBQ and outdoor setting.

Bedrooms
On the ground level is a bedroom with a double bed
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms - 1 x king, and 1 x queen and 2 x singles

Bathrooms/laundry
Downstairs is a bathroom
Main bedroom upstairs has an ensuite and another gorgeous bathroom with a tub and separate shower.

Minutes to:
Pretty Bay, patrolled Malua Bay Beach, Club Malua, IGA, Restaurant, bottle shop and more.

There is wifi and linen is provided - just bring your beach towels.

Please note this is a family home and parties or schoolies are not allowed and will be asked to vacate.
