Home to one of California's best ski and mountain biking resort, from town you have access to hundreds of miles of scenic hiking trails with hikes suitable for all levels, located 20-30 minutes south of June Lake and Mono Lake, 40 minutes north of Bishop which is home to world-class climbing, and 45 minutes to spectacular Yosemite via Tioga Pass in the summer.

Our cozy mountain retreat is surrounded by beautiful giant trees. Clean and recently updated with new floors and paint throughout, new appliances and furniture in the living and dining rooms. Ground level with easy access, so no stairs after a full day on the slopes or an epic hiking adventure in the breathtaking Eastern Sierra!!

Mammoth's convenient shuttle service offers complimentary transportation all around the town including each of the mountain base ski lodges, the Village, and lake basin. Stop 46 is located right outside the complex. The buses usually come every 10 to 30 minutes depending on the line and season.

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per unit.
