After a day on the slopes, trails, or exploring The Village, unwind with a soak in the community hot tub or sauna, take a dip in the seasonal pool, and enjoy a casual cookout at the community BBQ area. Inside, you’ll have WiFi to plan your next adventure and a DVD player for cozy movie nights. Unassigned underground garage parking for one vehicle is included, and you’ll find required parking passes inside the unit.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Unassigned parking for one vehicle is available in the underground parking garage. Parking passes are required and will be located inside the unit.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home; please see photos for reference.
• WiFi/cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets; additional cleaning charges may apply if evidence of pets is found.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

Location logistics: In about a 5-minute radius you’ll find Canyon Lodge for family snow play/ski school and rentals, the seasonal free Village Gondola to The Village at Mammoth, the Earthquake Fault interpretive loop, the Town Loop near The Village for stroller-friendly walks and Sherwin Range views, plus nearby forest paths and bike routes.
