"The room was not ready when we arrived at the designated time, and we waited an hour for the cleaning to be complete. The owner apologized and said she would refund half of the cleaning fee (it has not been refunded as of 9/2/25). Even after waiting an hour, the condo was not clean. The bathroom mirrors had toothpaste splashes, and the rugs did not look like they had been vacuumed well. An old, dirty sock was laying on top of the fireplace brick surround. The bed on the main floor was comfortable. There was plenty of closet space and dresser drawers.The kitchen was decently stocked, but the frying pans were greasy. It looked like they had been rinsed out but not washed. I acknowledge this may have been the previous renter's fault.The dish drying mat on the kitchen counter had a little crusty something on it. It would be nice to wash it between guests. It would also be nice to have an extra set of towels, just in case. "
