Hotel doesn’t deliver what they advertise

Used “free airport/hotel shuttle” as my search filter. I chose this hotel and called two days before check-in to coordinate my pick-up from the airport. The representative told me to call the morning before I checked in to inform them of my flight arrival time. I did as he said and the representative I spoke with that day said they had no shuttles available. One of the amenities they had listed on their hotel was 24-hour free airport shuttle, this was a shock and disappointment. I demanded they arrange a shuttle as I was very upset to have to try and use an airport taxi after planning on using the hotel shuttle. Fortunately she arranged a driver from another hotel to pick me up, and luckily I purchased a SIM card in the airport so I was able to receive msgs from the hotel on my msging app.

there is no hot water in this hotel all rooms

お湯が出ないことに気付いたのが23時頃。フロントに2回電話して、用務員風のお兄さんが部屋に確認に来たりもしましたが、その後連絡無し。夜中の1時に3回目の電話をしたら、「このホテルはすべての部屋でお湯は出ません。あなたの部屋だけではありません。理解しましたか？」と言われました。 11月のバーレーンは、日中は暑いですが夜はそれなりに冷えるのです。水風呂は最悪でした。 翌朝、2泊目はキャンセルする、チェックアウトしたいとフロントに告げると「部屋を変えましょう、そちらはお湯が出ますから」と言われました。「昨日の夜、このホテルは全室お湯が出ないと言いましたよね？」と抗議すると、「お湯が出ないのはこっちの棟で、反対の棟の部屋はお湯が出ます」と。 確かにお湯は出ました。途中から水勢は弱まり、温度もかなりぬるくなりましたけど。 「オーシャンビュー」を謳っていますが、窓から見えるのは建物のわずかな隙間から工事中の港湾だけ。しかも深夜0時を過ぎても大型重機が作業をしており、うるさかったです。また、カーテンの影に、いつ誰が落としたのか見当もつかない、皺々の干からびた靴下が落ちていました。 変えてもらった部屋は、工事の音は多少マシでしたが、近くのクラブから音が漏れているような感じの重低音がこれまた深夜まで鳴り響いていました。エアコンも最初のうちは少し臭いました。

Not a good place to stay for expatriates .

It is crazy that they took my passport. My employer not even allowed to hold it. It is Arabic hotel and you I felt stranger that a man who did not introduced himself just followed me in my room. The breakfast they ate is unsatisfactory for a 4 star hotel. No much choices of food. The personnel is just knocking at the door to clean without any request. It is disgusting that you came back to hotel at 4 am and someone will disturbed you from sleeping.

Shabby and noisy. Room was meant to be non-smoking but smelt of smoke with cigarette burns on carpet and furniture. Restaurant on same floor had noisy party. Sunrise Cafe served very good food with great service.

A great stay.

I have to say I was surprised to find that the hotel was in a very convenient location, was very clean and the room had all the amenities you can expect. The staff is very helpful and nice.

منطقه جيده و موظفي الاستقبال ممتازين يعيب الفندق وجود صالة ديسكو تعمل حتي الصباح ضجيج الموسيقي يصل الي الدور الثامن النت ضعيف ..لا يوجد لغاية ماء داخل الغرفه

Days Inn maybe...nights? No way!

What a dreadful place....I was on the 7th floor, the night club on the 2ND....and I could tell you what was playing, how many people were on the dance floor and that they rock on until 3am. Bed sheets were clean...I think...but bobbled from over use and the electrics are an accident waiting to happen...mark my words, that place is a fire hazard. No hot water...luke warm, but not hot...but not being a delicate soul, that didn't phase me....the sticky bathroom floor however did up the revulsion points a tad. Wouldn't recommend it, would never stay there again and really surprised that Wyndham Hotels allow this property to use their Brand....will avoid all Wyndham properties from now on.

Comfortable Place, Comfortable Price

First of all, on the 7th floor facing the Gulf, beautiful! The staff was friendly offered good advice, and assistance. The room was clean and provided basic amenities. When I asked for an iron, it was brought immediately. There is a small restaurant which offers good food at decent prices. Within the hotel, there are places with live music; although, I did not visit. The only thing I was not happy with was the room temperature. I felt cold at night and no heater. Overall, comfortable place with a comfortable price.

worst night mare in Bahrain

It was very miserable. i spent the worst night ever. too noisy. i booked non smoking room but they gave a smoking room. the WC washer was blocked. the telephone was not working . couldnt sleep the whole night because of the noise comings from marqas as they call it.

Hotel is in a convient location. With access to everywhere in Manama. Staff is nice. However, hotel is a bit warn but still nice. I would stay there again.

바레인 인근 4.5 km 위치한 데이즈호텔 (데이즈인)

귀국비행기를 놓쳐서 갑자기 머무르게 된 바레인 공항 근처 저렴한 호텔이었음. 기대하지 않고 찾아갔었고, 전면은 시야가 트여서 좋았고, 후면은 상업지역이었으므로 위치는 양호한 편이었음. 그러나, 비교적 낡은 건물로 가구류, 화장실, 객실내 카페트등의 상태가 좋지 않았음. 저렴한 가격을 고려한다면 적정한 수준. (공항에서 대기중인 택시를 타면 대기요금 2BD 추가됨)

Рядом с отелем находятся кафе и рестораны, есть заправка и супермаркет. На 12-м этаже расположен маленький бассейн. Оттуда красивый вид на Манаму, можно сделать панорамные снимки.

Needs Upgrading

In all fairness, had I researched a little more I may not have stayed here. Only the cleaners were friendly and one receptionist, the rest didn't seem bothered as they would leave you waiting at the counter rather than attend to you. The pool was closed and the top floor bar area, with no explanation given. The rooms were adequate, but in serious need of upgrading. Even with the notice in the bathroom to say it would take time for hot water to come through I do think 20 minutes to only get tepid water is in itself a complete waste, given where the country is! All in all it was functional but I do believe the site is a little misleading, but again, with only one picture of the rooms to view, should have registered alarm bells.
