"What saves this hotel from giving 0 star is the people and the service they provide; nice people and very attentive. HOWEVER, the cleaning is terrible as the smell of humidity in the hotel and the room we rented was severe. We entered on Friday night and we left on Sunday morning coughing and feeling awful. At night, already home, we were sick with a bacterial upper respiratory infection. I had fever and chills that Sunday and I couldn’t go to work on Monday. I’m still sick. I’m taking antibiotics and I hope to get better this week. After this experience, I realized that the dirtiness could have been the reason we got sick. We only went to the hotel to sleep. I strongly suggest the staff in the hotel to make a deep cleaning to the carpets. So that people do not get sick as it happened to me. In the meantime, my husband and I decided to download the vrbn application and not to use hotels when traveling. "

"Be aware of $25 a night parking fee. Only thing I disliked about property. Also be aware of bill from Expedia. It had resort fees on there but further down stated resorts fees were due at property. Ended up paying $300 extra I between resort fees and parking. Book spa well before visiting. They had nothing available once I was there. Staff was great, pool was good and restaurants were great as well"

"The location is easily accessible and close to many restaurants. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. My recommendation would be making the reservation area more inviting."

"I had high hopes but felt disappointed sadly. Location great, entrance and lobby very clean and modern, staff very welcoming and friendly but corridor to rooms and rooms themselves are old and feel dated. Room was suite and good size but beds uncomfortable, sheets not great quality, comforter thin and felt old."

"Hotel was in a cool location in downtown. Views of the marina across the street and many choices of nearby restaurants and bars. Breakfast was an ordinary hotel included one. Best shower water pressure experienced in my last 5 hotel stays was a welcome surprise."

"Overall a great experience! This property has a perfect amount of privacy even with the shared pool. The beds are comfy and we had plenty of supplies for our trip! Would definitely recommend"
