Great value stay. There was an issue with on of the guests who had been noisy since coming back in the early hours but that isn’t the hotels fault and they did kick them out. Breakfast was good.

The room was spotless and also the bathroom was clean and well equiped for an overnight stay. Staff very helpful couldnt do enough for us, they were very polite and helpful. Friendly staff behind the bar. The only criticism i have is they dont sell draught mild beer.

Good location, very close to train and bus station and 2 miles out of city centre and from Co-op live arena and Etihad stadium. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Good breakfast which was nice to be included. Hotel itself is a bit dated and tired, but clean and has all facilities needed for a short stay, including parking for a small fee. Only let down was the room next to us was playing loud music from around 3:40am to 5:40qm, despite reception staff asking them to turn it down and then off, however, this is not a negative reflection at all on the hotel, and the reception staff member tried to resolve the issue in a professional and efficient manner.
