Was weary after reading reviews but room very clean staff friendly had 1 issue but very quickky sorted room basic but great value even had towels had pool table foorball table and cafe in reception. The room was small but it’s somewhere to sleep for one night. We paid for a larger bed and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was good value with unlimited coffee. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

No tea / coffee in the room. You had to pay extra for this. £3.50 for 4 tea bags, 2 coffees and 4 sachets milks A kettle and tray was then provided, which you had to take up to your room and return . A bit like Butlins. The remote control for the TV didn't have enough batteries in it so it didn't work. TV had to be used via trying to locate the button at back and side.
