Excellent staff and superb breakfast.
Given 4 stars as not sure the room floor had been mopped ( may have been scuffs but weβre glad weβd brought slippers with us. ) We would stay again but would feel wouldnβt recommend to certain friends.

After a lousy, grey, wet day in Manchester returning to the hotel to be welcomed by Jodie, the ray of human sunshine on the reception is just the tonic you need.
So welcoming and must be the best craic in the city.
Lovely, clean rooms, a great breakfast and excellent service from all of the staff will ensure I return next time I am in town.
Friendly staff, clean, quirky & lovely breakfast.
Couple of small negatives; bar not open and noisy in the morning with something electrical outside window.
What a novel way of using the basement of the building to provide 5 star quality rooms. Absolutely excellent. All the staff were very helpful, smart and friendly. The breakfast was of such quantity that for the very first time in all my hotel visits I was not able to leave clean plates!
Staff at the hotel and the breakfast location, were most welcoming and engaging. Enjoyed my stay here. With the hotel itself a very interesting location. Breakfast was delicious.
