    The Space:

    We are excited to welcome you to Midori, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located in the heart of New Islington, Manchester city centre. The property draws its name from the Japanese word for green - symbolising nature and peace - and features thoughtfully designed living spaces with striking cityscape views and distant glimpses of the Peak District. This apartment sleeps up to 4 guests.



    Kitchen & dining area

    The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and induction hob. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper - as well as washing up liquid, a dishwasher tablet, a washing machine capsule, sponge, dish cloth, and 2 bin liners. There is a 6-seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.

    There are 2 king-size bedrooms, all fitted with blackout curtains or blinds, as well as wardrobes and/or drawers.



    Bathrooms

    There are 2 bathrooms - one featuring a walk-in shower, and one featuring a bathtub and shower. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.



    Living area

    The living area features a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame impressive cityscape views with distant peaks visible on the horizon, bringing a sense of calm and openness to the space.

    As a valued resident, you will receive complimentary access to the building's communal roof terrace, onsite gym, business lounge, and concierge services throughout your stay.



    Location & parking

    This property is located in Manchester's city centre district of New Islington, close to Manchester Piccadilly train station, placing the city's bars, restaurants, and retail within easy reach. Paid parking is available nearby on Pollard Street - please check your guest pass once your booking is confirmed for full details. Please note that as a city centre apartment, there is potential for noise from outside and from other inhabitants within the building.

    Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



    In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250. This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. No monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.



    Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

    Getting Around:

    The property is located in New Islington, less than 15 minutes walking from Manchester Piccadilly train station and Manchester Piccadilly Gardens. There are many different metrolink tram stations and local bus stops nearby. New Islington metrolink station is located right across the road. If you are bringing a car, there is a public car park also across the road of the building.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. In the unlikely event that the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 22nd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.



    Other optional extra's are available for an additional fee. We provide services such as mini-bar and fridge stocking, private chef's, laundry & dry cleaning, early check-in's, late check-outs, and much much more.



    This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
