Nice hotel, friendly and professional staff, didn't eat in the restaurant this time. The only downside is the room sizes - they are very small, the sizes quoted include the bathroom. We booked a standard double which is advertised as sleeping 3. We actually passed comment at reception who confirmed the double is only suitable for 2. There is a king size bed and a small table in the room, but there is no additional room for another bed - a cot would barely fit in the room. There are bedside cabinets to put your clothes in - but apart from underwear they are too small. All in all nice venue, location and facilities, loads of parking and great staff but I think I'll be looking for a larger room elsewhere on my next visit.

Fab location, excellent facilities although some of the members of the health club make hotel guest unwelcoming. Staff super helpful and made our stay really easy. This is our second stay in one month, so would def recommend and stay again.

Almost everything was okay. The facilities and spa were good, and the staff were very kind and friendly. The room and bathroom were quite small, but they were fine for one or two nights. There was no air conditioning, but a fan was available. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially because it is close to the airport.Good brekfast .

All the employees I came into contact with (reception, bar and breakfast area) were so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. All the breakfast items were freshly cooked, and were constantly being replenished.

Staff were helpful, facilities team excellent, breakfast was very good. The room is very small; showering was difficult because the bathroom shower door was awkwardly designed to fit the space, and the furniture felt old-fashioned. There was no proper aircon; they only provided a useless fan. With the UK experiencing warmer summers, I would recommend they upgrade to an aircon system. No fridge inside the rooms

Staff were brilliant and very helpful Food was great coffee excellent. Not so keen on swimming pool been were everyone can look in and the room was very dated and warm, the fan hardly worked and we had a disabled room as there wasn’t anything separate the toilet and shower so water went all over the toilet. It’s was one night so we just got on with it.. but food and staff were excellent.
