Good for one-night stay...
I was given a corner room, which was nice. There is only one elevator for the whole building. The bathroom trash can lid had stains, which grossed me out! The staff was helpful in arranging for a car to Innwa and Amarapura. It was a fairly comfortable stay except that there was no hot water when I showered. Breakfast was so-so.

Close to shopping centres and local food. Convinced with 24 hr restaurant and friendly staff.
Room need to be cleaned thoroughly especially wardrobe.
Overall - no too bad.

Bad wifi.
The room was clean and a good size with a great city view. The breakfast was decent. The wifi was horrible. The staff doesn't speak English too well as the hotel mostly host Chinese tourist.
