Let me start off by saying that the Waterpark needed some big time TLC. I chose this hotel for the new fact that it had the Waterpark. However, it was a big disappointment.The water was so dirty, there were moss on the rides, the whole place needed some big time paint job and only one adult ride was open, the rest were closed. For people who are not from Cebu, they'd be enticed by the pictures they show on the net. It's deceiving! On the other hand, the hotel itself was surprisingly very nice, spacious, and clean. I also like the fact that the shower room and the toilet were separated so whoever uses them will have privacy. The pool was small compared to the size of the hotel. I really would not recommend this hotel if they're advertising the Waterpark as the main attraction. The rate is basically for the hotel itself

The rooms were very clean, met all the basic needs. The pool was small but clean and the staff provided bath towels. The staff were very friendly and helped on every request. The reason we booked this hotel were for the water rides but disappointed as most of the big rides are shut. Only the small kids play slides, lazy river and the tornado were functional.

I would definitely stay here again! The price is just right and it’s with breakfast already, The hotel is very clean & spacious. We just had an issue with our first room regarding the toilet not flushing & the bath floor not draining but they helped us move to another room right away. The staff are very courteous & respectful. I would recommend this hotel to those who wants to stay closer to the airport.

We have an overnight stay at this hotel. We chose this because it is close to the airport. Our room is spacious and clean. Huge swimming pool . At daytime the water park was open but we didn’t use it since our flight was early. Staff were friendly and accommodating and helpful. Free transportation to the airport. Definitely we will stay again in the future.

I would stay again in this hotel, but I have to plan properly for shopping as it is far away from Malls, also if you take taxi there’s additional 50 pesos for the taxi. The hotel wont charge you for that, but the taxi will. They will call a taxi for you! Everything is great! Love the room, it is very clean and smelled fresh!
