Tout etait parfait un peu de bruit autour chiens chats un peu gênant la nuit et au petit matin sinon bien vraiment les chambres, le personnel très sympas le petit déjeuner excellent rien à dire je recommande vivement Expedia et encore merci à très vite
Beautiful cottages right on the beach. Luxurious resort with a pool, spa, restaurant, bar, all literally on the quiet and beautiful Mandrem beach. On-site parking makes the experience even more convenient. Will definitely stay here again.
Great hut - clean, airy and spacious with comfortable bedding and plenty of sockets. Good choice of food and drink, fairly priced for the class of hotel. Had an excellent foot massage and pedicure in the tower treatment rooms. Everyone was professional and helpful apart from in the restaurant on the first day, where the lead waiter was frostily polite but unwelcoming. The atmosphere in there when he was absent was tangibly lighter. The little pool was sheltered and perfect for a quick cool down after the beach. I will definitely be back in a week or so.
Loved the place. It was clean. Comfortable matresses. Very effective mosquito net tents over the bed. Even though hut is traditional open style the bathroom was not at all basic. There is hot water easily.
Yes there are bugs but that is due to the nature of the accommodation. No relection of it not being clean. It was very clean.
I was in the front row with an amazing view straight accross to the beach and ocean. Love falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves.
Everyone observed the quite zone rules during my stay but if you are a light sleeper good to pack earplugs and eye mask.
The food was tasty. Cocktails offered were good especially that they are buy one get one free during happy hour.
I would say the downside to this place compared to the hospitality expected is the nature of the service. People were not friendly. I have experienced in srilanka and other parts of India as well as GCC where waiting staff are so keen to chat and please and remember your name and your preferences. For me it makes or breaks a stay. I am not sure if they are scared of the owner, need training or are generally unsatisfied but changing this would bring warmth to the stay.
Spa was very good and those staff were more pleasant. Prices were very good for treatments.
It is a quiet oart of Goa. If you want relaxation and escapism it is perfect. If you want something lively then look elsewhere.
For the amount charged , not at all worth it . No service , 4 of us in a chalet !! One poor bathroom, lights not working, poor quLity food . What else is left to say ? Suggest do not recommend.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
Calm beautiful resort with poor hospitality.
Managed very poorly. Rude employees. Place is clean but you can hear everything around because of open construction. Taking a shower is a big challenge because of water pressure. Even after complaining no action was taken. At that price you can find really other good resorts.
This place is fine. As a backpacker/young person it's not where you want to be. The beach is beautiful and quieter then the nearby arambol. The pool area is nice and why we booked this hotel although we didn't spend any time there considering it was basically a kid zone with lots of rules. Overall this place is overpriced for what you are getting. Huts are pretty but open to the outside. The tops are completely open. You can hear whispers and footsteps at all times. Not to mention if the bunk next door decides to throw a party you really won't get sleep.. signs say it's a quiet zone past 9pm but that rule was clearly not enforced. We would have had a much better time staying at any of the millions of huts down the beach for a much better price. The service was a bit annoying. Nobody really wanted to give you the time of day and I never fully felt welcome. They told us we could put everything on our credit card but really that just meant our food/bar tab. Not any cabs or laundry we wanted to do. The real kicker was after we checked out I got an email saying I didn't give the key back and never paid for a bike ride we took. Which we gave the key back when we checked out and payed for our laundry tab and we never took a bike ride. Only a cab to the airport which we paid directly to the driver like they told us to. On a good note the food was very good and the property is clean and very well kept.
