"This location is north of adorable Rockaway. It is just a 15 minute drive from Manzanita and 10 more to Cannon Beach, then short drive up to Seaside and/or Gerhardt. Going south, it's not far to the Tillamook Creamery. Gorgeous beach 3 houses away. Excellent house for multi-generations or multi-families with the 3 levels and 2 full bathrooms."

"The property has an unsurpassed beach access and view from the unit! It is spectacular! The beach was very quiet with a State Park bordering to the north.The unit could be top notch if a few maintenance issues are adressed. There are some interesting decor choices that make it look cheap. There is a well appointed kitchen but no coffee or tea choices. Take your own.There are quite a few steps for loading in and out. We had a Class B motorhome and the parking was a bit tight. There are no pull through parking spots.Overall...we can't wait to return to this exact spot and highly recommend it to others!"

Modern Condo on the Beach with Spectacular Views

"Great location. Great space. Great views. Several things they could fix. We stayed on the first elevated level (parking was under the unit). The elevator didn't work. The glass door to the patio did not work. The window to the beach did not work. The glass looking out to the ocean had lost its seal and was foggy. When we cooked a pizza, some cheese fell to the bottom of the oven. It started smoking. With not being able to open the patio door and the window to the beach, the unit filled with smoke. It set off the smoke alarm for the entire complex, except for in our unit. Everyone could hear it going off except us. We found out when the fire chief pulled up along with the fire engine. (The firemen were taking bets on the way there, was it pizza or steak that set it off. We all laughed.) The dryer was slow to dry the towels. Our towels were damp and a little musty when we arrived. Some of the dishes had been put up that were not really clean. It is a great place and we would definitely stay there again. But, the place could use some TLC and you just need watch out for the items listed above."

"This is the second year of a girls getaway at this beautiful property. It is very spacious and the three of us comfortably spread out. It was immaculate upon arrival. Check-in was easy. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. The ocean is just steps away. The views are spectacular. Will be back next year."
