Location was perfect for the conference I attended at the Hilton Garden Inn! Easy walking distance to Poyntz and Aggieville too. A very quiet neighborhood and all the comforts of home!
House was exactly as described. Very clean, lots of personal touches, snacks, treats, everything you need- just like being at home. Would definitely stay again!

Everything needed was there. Pans were in excellent condition. The house was very clean, near and easy to clean.
We needed a place to stay while we moved our Student into an apartment in Manhattan. This cute little home was clean and comfortable. The entrance to the driveway is quite narrow, but it is by no means anything to detract from the expience.
We loved this property! It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table. Having 2 bathrooms was a definite bonus.
The area was a quick drive to amenities and was quiet. We slept well. The comfy bed and pillows were part of that, too.
We will definitely consider booking again in the future.
The cottage is clean and bright. It's a combined duplex leading to an interesting layout but the result is charming and welcoming. Our only disappointment was the size of the bed. It felt more full size than queen.

The Irish family
We enjoyed our stay at this clean little house. I was in town for Dad's Weekend at KState with my daughter. The house was perfect for a weekend stay. The main bed was comfortable. Very close to Aggieville. My daughter stayed on the futon couch bed so it is best for children and not adults (definitely needed the provided cushion). I would recommend this house for a couple, couple with small children or one adult.
When arrived i discovered a cozy little cottage was a duplex. The neighborhood was rundown and a little scary. My last night there were 5 police cars in the street infront of the house. As far as the cottage, it was beautiful on the inside. Decorated very cute and the the house was beautiful. The host has put a lot of time and energy into creating a cozy and comfortable living space. It was equipped with everything a guest would need during their stay. When i called because the back porch light was burned out, they came right over and put a new bulb in. I was very impressed with the interior. Everything appeared new and in good condition. The bed was so comfortable i hated getting up in the morning. As far as
The house was very clean and a short walk to many nice amenities and convention center. We would stay here again!
