It was an okay stay, the unit was near the asian hospital, we booked it due to our grandfather needs to have consultation, it was 10mins away from the asian, we didn't have problem with out entry since their personnel are there to welcome us

These people tell lies , I turned up to check-in only the security guard was there, He called Theresa she stated that my booking was a scam . I was not let into the property .

Terrible stay - no heating in shower , need to boil water to bathe , swimming pool ok free ; greeter ok ;no TV ; stayed 3 days ; room needs upgrade ; utensils needs replacement - total room upgrade : mo extra sheets we used same sheets for 3 days - overall terrible but were able to use stove though very small frying pan available pot requested in old and small ; in charge said she got it in another unit ; price cheap but guests would pay for more for convenience ; security good and nice guards ; reception ok

BAD PROPERTY, BAD SERVICE

Listen folks, do not waste your money here. They do not honor "pay now" bookings, even if you paid online, you will still be asked to pay in cash. They will fool you to get your refund the next day, but truth is, they will not process it until you're checked out. Plus couple of room observations, comfort room is dirty, lots of bed bugs and roaches, no garbage bags, booking says parking is free and yet, they are charging a fee, and staff are unapproachable. Such a very bad experience. Hotels.com must end partnership with this property, doesnt deserve a good rating.

I had a terrible experience with this accommodation. Despite already paying through the Expedia app, I was asked to pay again in cash. They cancelled the booking and told me I would receive a refund within 5 days, but the refund never came. The unit itself was in unacceptable condition. The bed was broken, the TV was not working, and there was no cooking stove as advertised. When we requested repairs and the missing items, it took them 3 days to respond. The host was completely unavailable, and the caretaker could not be reached multiple times. When we tried to raise the issue with the Anuva building management, they said the unit was no longer under their management, so they did not assist. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor communication, false promises, and unacceptable living conditions. I would strongly advise others to avoid this accommodation.

Our request were not granted : heated water ( water is not that hot) being seniors terrible - we heat water so will have warmer water to bathe ; kitchen utensils terrible ; microwave dirty ; staff not responsive to needs but available just to welcome us ; no TV; faucet kitchen sink leaks ( droplets of water waste of it ) : bathroom sink leaks but swimming part of pay no extra cost ; security guards available and nice / helpful ; cost is cheap but clients can pay for better room and facilities ; room given to us 15th floor needs a lot of upgrades I think hotels.com should not list any condotel which is very inconvenient esp hot water needed - this room should be available with better living condition - we booked for 3 days
