Important things to note:
1. Guests are required to present 1 valid government ID upon check-in
and submit a photocopy by email at the time of booking.
2. No Smoking inside the Unit including the balcony area.
3. Respect our neighbors privacy and avoid loud noises.
4. Please keep the unit tidy at all times. Cleaning service can be
requested as needed with a minimal fee of P600. (for long term guests)
5. Garbage collections by the property management would be before 7am or 7pm.
6. Please take out your Garbage (like left over foods, food packages, beer bottles, canned food or soda cans, etc.) out and place beside the unit door before 7am or 7pm..
