The lobby was grand but the room was dated despite it being a grand room (which was a VIP upgrade) but no different from the original room booked. Excellent breakfast selections and all the fresh coconut water you can drink. The seafood buffet was great too.

The hotel has a nice ambiance, rooms are clean, staff are friendly and welcoming, foods are delicious especially the breakfast and the live orchestra/music is amazing!!! Loved everything about the hotel except for the lack of seating areas in the lobby to hang out. Most of the lobby is taken up by the restaurant. The pool area is the only place to chill.
