The space
Upon booking confirmation or 24 hours prior check in day, guest ID needs to be submitted for building security and registration, no id submitted, no check in instructions

Prime Location: Nestled in the heart of the city's vibrant district. Strategically located opposite Uptown Parade, Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, diverse array of dining establishments, and vibrant Super Clubs (The Palace: Xylo, Revel, The Island, Yes Please & B.A.D.) & Quaint Cafés and the area is also well-served by public transportation also close to several major parks and green spaces, making it a great place to relax and unwind. Our Space is nestled in the heart of the city's vibrant district close to all the action in BGC.

Strictly no smoking of any kind, no partying, no pets allowed, no unauthorized guests and visitors. Guest are all announced.

Maximum capacity of the unit is up to 2 people only.

When you book, you will be asked for your valid ID or passport copy and the names and valid ID’s of your companions. The building management requires a copy of your government ID, kindly submit this before booking confirmation or 24 hours prior check in date.

You will also be asked to fill up a guest information sheet at the Front Desk. This is REQUIRED by the building administration for your move-in clearance.

We do our very best to provide basic needs and accommodate guests' requests but just a friendly reminder that we're not a hotel nor can we duplicate your home. We also practice and encourage sustainability. We may charge extra fees for additional towels, tissue and water as well as for cleaning and other requests/errands outside usual hours.

Property location is excellent. Hotel like lobby. 5 minutes walk to the mall and lots of restaurant across the street. The only thing I didnt like was it was hard to communicate with the host through vrbo, I booked the accommodation through Expedia, therefore I expect to get in touch with the host on the same flatform or email at least. Bathroom lighting is insufficient, using low quality or outdated fixtures. Everything else is fine.
