The apartment was clean. The sound around the apartment was horrible with conctraction area and the sounds in early mornings. The pool area was not so clean eather. To little stuff to clean with for example dishwash and dishwashmaskin.

Noise, noise, dust, noise and noise. This is my 4th time at Coto Real, I love it. This is a spacious apartment inside and out, good sized rooms, decent bathrooms and a nice balcony. BUT BUT BUT…there is a major building site 20 yards from your pillow and workmen start every weekday at 7am. It is unbearable and impossible to stay asleep. Heaving machinery, cranes and incessant machinery beeping. The balcony has a good view but is loud, dusty and overlooked due to the works. I appreciate the apartment owners/agents are not responsible for the building work but they ARE responsible for laughably selling the apartment as “quiet” whilst this is going on. They are responsible for clarity when work is so long standing.I read a review in the week before we arrived describing the noise as “horrible” so contacted Zap who told me the work was “low level” and shouldn’t impact our two week holiday. This is untrue. It is major building work that can not do anything other than impact your holiday. We were ultimately moved to a nice, appropriate apartment. But only after 2 days of ignored contact to Zap. There were some positives…Zap allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated, they responded quickly when I locked us out of the property and ultimately did move us albeit it delayed by daysI love Coto Real, I like the apartment and had previous positive experience of Zap but feel let down this time.

Une bonne pioche

Vue imprenable sur la mer et terrasse ensoleillée, on se trouve très bien dans cet appartement et dans cette résidence à l'architecture atypique. Par contre, bien se renseigner sur les travaux en cours à proximité.
