The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but it was older and could use some updates done to it. We did not use the amenities or have breakfast.

Friendly staff, the room was clean, great location ! Only a minute or two from the beach, a few minutes away from meijer and only like 5 minutes away from downtown.

Room was clean and had the needed microwave and fridge, offered breakfast but I did not do their breakfast as I do my own thing. Was very close to several Lake Michigan public beaches, perfect for my goal of seeing the sunset over Lake Michigan.

Used this hotel as a place to say for a nearby weekend family get-together. Check in was a bit slow as there were problems with either the booking system and/or a new staff member. I would describe this hotel as an older property that has been updated. Building had somewhat of a musty smell to it but it wasn't overpowering. Beds were very comfortable; room was clean (although I did find a two-week old receipt under one of the beds); and having a pool and hot tub was a bonus for our stay. Breakfast was decent; my only suggestion would be to have some fresh fruit items available as well. I would stay at this hotel again in the future.
