Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I respect what they are trying to do here... use the rentals to help pay for updates.... but they could add a few things. They also need to update their write up about the rental to add some of the things they do have, as brought stuff we didn't need to bring and didn't bring things we assumed would be there. For example, there is a TV now, and on VRBO it says there is not, but there is wifi. We packed a projector with us to watch the World Cup, which we did not need. The grounds are very beautiful, but there are a lot of public visitors- most respect the private areas... but not all. We came home a group was eating lunch on the patio, it was weird. It would also be helpful if they left a book about how to operate things, like the heat. The biggest issue was getting in. We had the wrong directions sent to us, then when we arrived around 6pm we could not get in and it took sometime to contact the host. After that, we never heard anything from the host, which is fine, but even when we checked out, we weren't sure what they wanted us to do? Start laundry? Pull sheets? Overall, beautiful property, just needs a little fine tuning.
