"On arrival staff were not welcoming and could not read their own booking system. Tried to say we had not booked 2 rooms and then tried to charge again despite it being prepaid. No apology given for their errors. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself but the staff are not up to the job, am still waiting for the room deposit to be released 3 weeks later."

It exceeded our expectation of an apartment it's more like a private annexe to the main property.
