"The hotel is modern, clean, and spacious. It is located about 20 min drive from downtown Madrid, or about 45 min by public transportation (which is great by the way). I personallly don't like to stay in a crowded place full of turists (specailly this time of the year), so this hotel is an excellent alternative to the downtown hotels that would cost 2 3x more for the same quality and space. I will come back to Ibis Las Tablas next time!"

"The 'Hot Breakfast' was cold or at least not warm enough. Let alone Hot. Beans too cold. Eggs too cold. Bacon and Sausages too cold. In addition, today (26/8/26) there was a conference taking place in breakfast area and no where for paying customers to sit. These are the only gripes, but given the expense, this should have been better."

"Fine. The lounge lizard vibe was not to our taste, but that’s a hotel selection problem, not a criticism. Staff at the front desk at check-in behaved more like customs and immigration officers than people welcoming guests to the establishment. And prepare to be bombarded with 10 or more messages from the hotel about your upcoming one night stay. But the room was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced."

"This hotel was very nicely located right in the train station so it was easy to get up in the morning and get right to the train without having to take any public transportation. Check-in was nice and early too. I think it was at 1 PM. They were very helpful about storing my bag until check-in."
