Another side the hotels was extremely in good condition and completely new furniture, also no any bad smell or any discomfort during my stay. Check in andcheck out was very fast . "The price is usually cheaper, but it is not well managed. Cleanliness was an issue , I had to change apartment due to cockroaches in 2 previous rooms. My final room was good size and cleaner. But there is no cleaning, if you stay 2 weeks , no cleaning for two weeks.... Residents also leave bins outside of the door instead of taking it to the shoot. It attracts bugs that end up going under the door to other rooms. It is well located if you are driving as Sheikh Zayed Road is right there , but on foot you are stuck , only way is Metro station 10 minutes walk down a dusty path. "
