Wonderful and thoughtful place. The designer deserves a praise for his work of art. The staff was very sweet and well trained. The view from the bedroom is breath taking. One down side, the better beach experiences are 15 minutes away.

Great hotel but the restaurant has to improve. The staff are not trained. They are Lost. The food is subpar. Otherwise this will s a great hotel and the rooms are awesome

Hospedagem cara pelo que oferece

Positivo: hotel novo, cama muito boa, atenção dos funcionários, piscininha aquecida no quarto, qualidade das toalhas e roupas de cama, decoração, café da manha. Negativo: Chuveiro muito fraco e água demorando a esquentar, falta de estacionamento, quarto pequeno, banheiro pequeno e preco alto.

Seria perfeito se…

A hospedagem é incrível, ótimo atendimento. Pontos fortes - ambiente super limpo, decoração lindíssima, café da manhã maravilhoso, com bastante diversidade e o músico tocando piano no café foi o grande ponto alto! Para uma viagem de casal, foi maravilhoso! Pontos a melhorar: o quarto com banheira é vendido como vista para praia, mas a vista é pessima, horrível de verdade. Fui alocada no segundo andar, que dava vista direta para as casas das pessoas, inclusive o terraço dos vizinhos dava 100% de visibilidade para a banheira. Confesso que isso pra mim anulou todos os pontos fortes, pedi pra trocar mas cobraram um absurdo por diária. Confesso que me senti lesada pois era claro “ vista mar” e a vista só aparece se você se pendurar na sacada. Outro lado ruim, tem um esgoto ao lado da entrada do hotel, cheiro fortíssimo! Não tem estacionamento, deixamos em frente ao hotel e levamos uma multa. Embora tenham sido dias agradáveis por outros fatores, em uma próxima viagem o hotel não será minha primeira opção. O valor da diária não vale se for no quarto com banheira.

A estadia foi perfeita, tudo muito bom, funcionários super educados, quarto excelente, único ponto negativo foi o barulho insuportável na quinta à noite devido a um culto religioso em uma casa ao lado do hotel. Apenas uma observação sobre o anúncio: o quarto com hidromassagem induz ao erro na hora da reserva pois o anúncio diz que é vista para a praia, no entanto, a vista é lateral e parcial diferente do quarto com piscina que a vista é total e frontal para o mar, isso não estava escrito de forma clara e objetiva no anúncio.

Tudo incrível. Atendimento, limpeza e conforto. Dois pontos negativos. A praia que fica de frente para o hotel não é legal para banho. Tem um esgoto que cai direto na água em frente ao hotel. O segundo ponto é que os quartos tinham que ter vedações nas janelas. O barulho de fora parece que está dentro do quarto.

Totalmente impressionado com a qualidade desse hotel. Primeiramente porque ele é lindo, em todos os aspectos. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Localização privilegiada de frente ao mar.
