Estava tudo perfeito. O quarto confortável e limpo. Amamos os bonecos com toalhas a cada dia no quarto. A comida é boa e variada. As instalações do hotel são preservadas e inúmeras. O atendimento de todo o staff é cordial e a praia é um espetáculo a parte. Excelente opção para famílias com criança que não querem ter preocupação com alimentação ou lazer.

Fantástica! Instalações confortáveis e limpas, comida deliciosa em todos os restaurantes e bares; até o pão e o ovo, meu marido disse que era diferenciado. Resort incrível para viagens em grupo e/ou para famílias cujas crianças já aproveitam as atividades de recreação de forma independente! Comida e bebida farta e de qualidade excepcional! Poucos aspectos podem ser melhorados, como o conforto do quarto, que poderia ter um chuveiro mais forte, camas mais apropriadas para crianças e melhor decoração. A praia eh um ponto fraco do resort, só fica minimamente razoável na maré cheia mas longe de ser mar de Caribe (verdinho) … não volto sem antes conhecer outras opções de resort!

Minha experiência foi excelente, fui com minha namorada e era aniversário dela, me ajudaram a fazer uma surpresa para ela em um dos restaurantes. A limpeza de modo geral é muito boa. Todos os funcionários bem treinados e extremamente educados. Saiba que é um resort com muitas crianças, mesmo estando em uma viagem de casal, não me incomodou em nada, as crianças tem rotinas de brincadeiras com animadores do resort. Me matei de tanto comer, tudo muito bem preparado e com pratos bem elaborados. Ha 2 restaurantes noturnos que funcionam com reserva de horário e um buffet, todos de acordo extrema qualidade e ótimo atendimento. Único ponto um pouco chato é que na praia tem muitos vendedores que ficam passando incontáveis vezes te oferecendo produtos das quais você já recusou, mas acredito que não tenha como o resort agir com relação a isso, visto que a praia não é particular. De modo geral é um ótimo lugar e meu próximo passo é juntar dinheiro (muito dinheiro) para os outros hotéis da mesma linha

O quarto reservado era o mais caro, frente à praia e dizia “vista privilegiada”! A vista era para uma quadra de Beach Tênis, e longe do mar… a única vista privilegiada era o pessoal q jogava beach tênis olhando pra dentro do meu quarto…. Privacidade Zero!
