"I travel to Findlay twice a month and always stay at the Hancock Hotel. The price is fair, the rooms are clean, and the staff is excellent! While parking is limited (you have to valet your vehicle), the proximity to restaurants and entertainment is worth it."

"One of the worse places we ever stayed in. Hot water did not work in the bathtub. Then the manager forgot to tell maintenance (outside contactor I am sure, maybe from a local seedy establishment ) so they let us use another room with working hot water the next day that was not rented. My wife tripped and her hand hit the old room door latch mount, that should have been removed long ago. I use to do safety audits at my old job and this place has many issues that I can see, including electrical. I...

"There was a very strong irritating smell throughout the building. Maybe cleaning supplies? The tv in our room cut off after approx. 20 - 30 min. each time we tried watching it."

"The host's Carrie and Mike were excellent.nothing was too much trouble to please residents and extended stay travellers. All amenities are close by including the hotels heated indoor pool and exercise room. Al rooms include kitchenette, microwave and air-conditioning."

"Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years."
