Waterfront Perks
Directly across the street, you’ll have access to a 40-foot private dock—shared only with our neighboring rental property—ideal for launching the provided kayaks/paddle boards, lounging, or docking your boat. The dock sits beside the public boat ramp (note: $25 fee to launch and $25 fee to remove a boat).

Parking
No worries here—there’s space for up to four vehicles, plus plenty of room for a boat, RV, or trailer at no extra cost.

Recreational fun
Enjoy 4 kayaks and a paddleboard, ready for you to launch from the private dock and explore the beautiful waters of the Keys! You can find life jackets in the storage hut.
