This stunning 2-bed, 2-bath single-family home on an extra-large lot offers a second-floor Tiki Hut, screened porch, open deck, private pool, and 100’ of dockage on a deep canal with ocean access. Enjoy nearby Coco Plum Beach and spot manatees, tarpon, and more by the dock. At sunset, visit the historic Seven Mile Bridge for breathtaking views. Discover local attractions like the turtle hospital, the Dolphin Research Center, and the Marathon Visitors Center.



The home boasts a spacious kitchen with top-tier appliances, an open layout, high ceilings, and smart features like high-speed internet and flat-screen TVs with Xfinity and HBO. The master bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has two Queen beds, and there’s a queen sleeper in the living room. Outside, find a lighted dock, fish cleaning station, underwater lights, and a gas fire pit. Amenities include a bait freezer, a commercial ice machine, foosball, cornhole, and a fenced yard. Pool heating and pet stays are available for an additional fee.

This home has everything you need for a great vacation. We enjoyed the pool, the screened and open balconies and the grill area. The pier is amazing and we had no issues docking our rental boat. We enjoyed watching the iguanas in the yard and the wildlife in the water. We saw several manatees in front of the house and turtles and dolphins in the main canal. We had a fun, relaxing week and would definitely book this home again!

This house has everything you need to be pampered on vacation. It is an excellent place to boat fish and sandbar hop from.

Keys getaway

House is very nice spacious, in a nice tucked away location but easy to get out to ocean with a boat. House had great decks and patios. Pill is really small more of a plunge pool. unfortunately the neighbors were installing a new dock so they were hammering the pilings all day. A few maintenance issues need attention ice is very wet ,fridge filter needs changing, coffee maker needs descaling , front door hard to get lock to work. Dishwasher was full of water and they came next day and fixed that. Biggest complaint was no extra trash bags paper towels or toilet paper. I’ve never seen this at any home we’ve stayed at.sorry but spend 10.00 out of the fee and stock some supplies or make it clear the renter must bring all supplies even trash bags. I still think the place was lovely in a great location and would come back.

Beautiful home- easy access to ocean with boat

Great escape from the snow before the hustle of the holidays. Loved the sperate living spaces for the young adults and lots of room upstairs for Parents. We rented a boat for the week and dock was perfect. Manatees were floating in our canal one morning. Would love to be back next year! Only two issues- the No seems ate us up and the bridge is way too small to go under if you want to stay in the inner canals. You have to go out to the ocean and go around so it takes a bit of time to do so.

Beautiful vacation home!

Weather was perfect every day during our stay the month of April. So many great restaurants right on Marathon. The pool was perfect for our small group. Had fun watching for manatees & jellyfish from the dock. Nice back yard for the pup to stretch her legs. Highly recommend this wonderful property!

Livin like a millionaire!

This property is lovely! They have thought of everything. We especially enjoyed the screened in large porch. Had an issue with the keyless entry, but management promptly responded. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Vacation Home

Such an amazing and beautiful home with a great location. We had an issue with the construction of the tiki hut during the beginning of our stay with the storm that had come through. The high winds had blown the top of the tiki hut down which caused a huge mess of debris in the backyard. I had reached out to the number listed on the house information and Robin was quick and very responsive. The only issue was that the construction company had come to fix the repair very early the following morning when several of us including the kids were still sleeping. One other recommendation would be making the pool larger to accommodate the number of guests. It is smaller than most pools and because there was 8 of us, we could not all go at once. We would definitely recommend this home and would definitely return for another vacation.

From a Boater's Perspective

This is a fairly new entry back into the rental market after a change in ownership. The new owner has made many, many improvements and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are boaters and that was our top priority when renting this home. Large parking area for our boat and trailer before launching and after haul out to permit us washing the boat down before our final departure. We found a couple of issue after we first checked in, and the property management responded promptly . . . got in touch with the owner, and they made changed very quickly. The owner himself came by and asked for our opinions on what else we would change or improve. He is very serious about making this a repeat rental destination. Beautify house, lots of safe and abundant trailer parking, and a large, well maintained boat dock. For us, we can't ask for anything else.

Amazing house

We stayed at the house for a week and had a fantastic time. The house is fully remodeled and can accommodate at least double the 4 of us. It has everything that you would need to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend to anyone to stay.

House is well equipped in kitchen. Lot’s of outdoor seating upstairs with sofa, chairs and outdoor dining table and chairs. There is a teaky porch upstairs too with sofas and chairs. Everything was updated. Two bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms. One bedroom has a king and other 2 double beds. Washer, dryer and kitchen appliances all updated. Lower level has a king bed and 2 single. Also living area kitchenette and shared bath. There is a pool, gas fire pit and lots of seating. There is a corn hole game and foosball. They have a freezer and ice maker in outside area. Large dock with fish cleaning. Great family vacation home.

Our family vacation cut short

Unfortunately, I lost my dad while we were on vacation and we had to leave the property three days after checking in. But for the days we were there, we really enjoyed the house and its amenities. .

Areas for improvement

Excellent accommodations. Dock very nice, neighbors nice. Master bath tub needs tlc as enamel gone on multiple areas. Fuel dock, Publix,bait store all close. Island Fish Co restaurant just a block away. Overall great stay

Great house in an even better location

The house is furnished with everything needed for a complete vacation. Property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We had one question for the property manager and they were quick to reply. There is plenty of parking for your vehicle and trailer if needed. The pool is a great bonus and the water temperature was perfect. We kept our boat tied up to the dock during our stay and with quick access to the Atlantic it couldn't have been more convenient. We used the public boat ramp which is 1.5 miles from the house to launch and retrieve the boat for our stay. We really enjoyed the house and hope to be able to come back soon.

Wonderful location/house needs updating

This property has its pros and cons. The house is in a great location on a quiet canal. The dock is in excellent shape with power and water connections, we had no issues bringing our 24ft boat. The pool is on the smaller side but was perfect for a dip after being in the salt water all day. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The outdoor Tiki porch was very relaxing and always had a nice breeze. The kitchen was large and perfect for cooking meals for 5 people. The bathrooms were nice and have been updated. Cons- the walls, trim, and doors are in need of painting. The lights in the kitchen are falling out of the ceiling. The bath towels are worn. We only had one kitchen towel. The shower head in the master bathroom broke and fell on my head the first night(management did fix it the next day). No cleaning supplies are stocked in the house. You are provided enough toilet paper, dish washing pods, and laundry pods for one day. With the price we paid for the rental for the week we shouldn't have had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies for the stay.

Great Vacation

Pros: Great location, fully stocked kitchen, the house is two separate living areas, the upstairs and the downstairs, so it's perfect for multi generational families traveling together. The dock was huge, great for a boat and fishing and we saw manatees two days that we were there, and tons of jellyfish under the dock as well. The pool is the perfect size and a great amenity. The beds were extremely comfortable and I slept great the whole week. I didn't see bikes or a kayak whole we stayed, but I also didn't reach out to ask about either of those things since we had enough entertainment while we were there. It's a short walk to Coco Beach and a short boat ride to the Atlantic. Centrally located to seafood markets and the grocery store as well! The rental company is just a short phone call or text away as well and they were quick to respond with any questions we had. Great experience overall. I would rent again! Cons: Honestly just that the house needs updating for the price. The master bath tub is really chipped up, the kitchen countertop is grouted tile which makes it really hard to clean. It was really hard to leave after our week there on vacation, so that's a good thing for future renters but definitely a con in my book! 😊

Sunny Marathon

Nice overall property, overall house decor has been updated, even though there are still some areas that need addl updates (master bathtub, some windows). Outdoor space is fantastic, covered patios, alot of seating options. Pool is on the smaller side but still very nice. Very nice community. Waterfront canal is great, with Manatees.

AWESOME!!!!!!! Peaceful quite getaway.

This house was everything we hoped for and more. At first we were nervous we had never rented a home before but the ladies at island breeze were wonderful. We fell in love at first sight with the property having our 25 foot boat at the dock was great. Everything in the house was first class from the linens on the beds to the towels in the bathrooms. The beds were super comfy as well as all of the furnishings. The kitchen was huge and had every pot, pan or dish you could think of. We always began and ended every day on the Tiki hut porch, what a wonderful place to be. The pool was inviting after a day out on the boat. Your place has spoiled us for all other rentals with be compared to this one.
