As you go up the interior staircase to the second floor, the space welcomes you with another oceanfront master suite, with an en suite bath, a jacuzzi tub, and TV. There is a fish cleaning station, water, and electricity. Under the house, there is a commercial free standing ice maker and a Deep freezer for your catch.

There is Easy open-water access to the Atlantic Ocean and a short trip to the 7-mile bridge or Vaca Cut to the Gulf.
