"We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen was very convenient. What really made the difference was the hospitality. Jeffry and Oxchild were incredibly kind, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They helped us organize activities, gave us great recommendations and made sure everything went smoothly, especially when it came to accommodating my grandmother. We felt genuinely well taken care of from beginning to end and would absolutely recommend staying here."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful in all aspects. The property itself is close to everything including the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and village markets. The room service was also great. The amenities may need some upgrade as they are getting a bit old. Especially, I recommend using more modern mattresses instead of the older spring type ones. Overall, we had a great experience at this place. Thank you."

"Ocho is an amazing place. We truly had the best time staying here. The staff goes ABOVE and BEYOND. From the pool to the bungalows it was so well decorated and such a cute place. "I appreciated that a hotel as lovely as this was still welcoming to families. Breakfast was delicious. We recommend going to local restaurants for lunch and dinner - Il Pepperoni and Al Chile were favorites. We also appreciated the monkey bridge that brought a family of 20+ monkeys to the tree next to our room! A trip highlight. Our final morning we visited Sibu Wildlife Refuge and it was incredible."

"This was a favorite property!!! Oceanfront, gorgeous pool and gardens around the property. I love their commitment to the environment and welcome the natural wildlife within the property. The staff is so friendly, always ensuring you are doing well and enjoying your time. The food at the restaurant is delicious, and you can enjoy your meal beachside if you wish. The bungalows are spacious with a beautiful outdoor shower. The beach is wonderful to swim, walk and surf. Thank you to all the staff we met and helped make our stay so memorable!"
