From the moment you enter the home, it feels like relaxation.
Enjoy the lovely view, have a nice drink on the upstairs balcony or take a swim in the pool.
The sunrise over the water is particularly captivating. That`s when you have a good chance to see the dolphins come by and greet you.

The house is so comfortable, with bedrooms with a king-size bed, closets, TVs, attached bathrooms, oversized balcony upstairs with a swing couch overseeing Bimini Bay.
The nightly rate is based on ten people in the party, the house sleeps up to 12 people in beds and 2 additional people on sleeper couches, however, any additional people ( children as well ) beyond 10 people there will be a charge of 50 dollars plus tax per additional gueste per night. Thank you for your understanding.
Upstairs there is hardwood flooring and the downstairs has tile flooring.

Attractive ceiling fans as well as comfortable lighting.

Very comfortable relaxing atmosphere, Key West style home with wraparound porches and exquisite interior.

The house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It is not suitable for having loud parties on the premise, therefore people who want to enjoy a wonderful quiet vacation are welcome.
Papergoods such as toilet paper, kitchen rolls will be provided for the initial days, but it is understood, as the week goes on the guests will purchase their own goods.

This home is NOT suitable for loud parties and festivities. The city of Marco Island has put new noise ordinance in place which will have them send the police out to write tickets.
Please no loud music around the pool and preferably have everyone enjoy the inside after 8 pm.

No garden furniture go into the pool since it hurts the surface of the pool which can be very costly to repair and the tenants will be responsible for this expense.

We offer one space for your car in the garage and two spaces in front of the garages. If you have a fourth vehicle it needs to go to another location.

To our boater guests we have to ask you to bring the trailer to a different location since there is no room in front of the garage to accommodate a trailer and your cars. Marco Marinas can help to store your trailer.

Great location and space for large family

The property provided quick access by boat to fishing. It had great amount of space for our family group of nine, from 10-year-old to grandparent, to be together or have space of our own.

Empty Nesting Trip

This is our second stay at this beautiful home!! We had a large group of 10 and there was more then enough space. Location was fabulous and great dock for our pontoon. Property Manager goes above and beyond to make sure stay is perfect!!

Perfect stay in everyway

The neighborhood was very, very nice. The home was located very close to the grocery store so that was convenient. Inside the home was just like it shows online everything was so nice. It was clean convenient in every way. Outside was nice chairs and tables and lounge chairs. The pool was excellent. We just had a wonderful time and I would suggest anybody looking to wanting to go to Marco Island should stay at the Hemingway House. Marlene went over and above for us and she is a wonderful manager of the property. There were five couples we each had our own bedroom with a king bed and our own bathroom. So it just was a wonderful vacation. We were there for a week.

Wonderful Spring Break

Hemingway House was perfect for our extended family with our adult children and young grandchildren. There was plenty of space and privacy for everyone with their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were a big hit and we were in it everyday! There were floaties and beach toys available for us to use. Marlene was super responsive and helpful. There were two pack and plays and high chairs set up for us when we arrived which was very helpful! The kitchen was well stocked and we also used the outdoor grill for dinners. The location was great and a short drive to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!

Wonderful place to stay

There were 10 of us that stayed for a week during the holidays. It was perfect. It had everything we needed. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Marlene was amazing and very responsive to any questions I had. The location was great. Totally turn key, only needed groceries. I would highly recommend.

The perfect set up for our large family

The Hemingway House was perfect for our large extended family. Each family had their own spacious room and bathroom. We loved the large living/kitchen area. It was perfect for cooking all while watching the kids swim. The large slider doors really allowed for that vacation feel. The location of the home was perfect for grocery trips, farmers market, restaurants, beach- everything felt just around the corner. We really enjoyed our week and would highly recommend!!

Beautiful home and location

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Hemingway House. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. We watched dolphins and manatee at the dock. I like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. We had the pleasure of meeting Marlene and she was always there to answer our questions. We will definitely be back

Love the Hemingway House!

My family of 9, ranging in age from 10 to 78, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is very spacious with comfortable seating areas inside and out. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and hot tub, and also made use of the kayaks and bikes. We were amazed at how well provisioned the home is, with a fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, pool floats, puzzles and games, etc.. Perfect family vacation; we hope to do it again next year! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.

Loved this property!

Had a great time at Hemingway House. Beautiful setting and great views out the back. Each room was a suite with its own bathroom. Perfect for our 4 couple trip to celebrate a birthday. Well equipped. We enjoyed the kayaks and were able to do plenty in the kitchen. Well maintained pool and hot tub. Also, Marlene was great. Super responsive and easy to deal with.

Excellent place to stay for large families

The Hemingway House is large enough to easily handle our 10 adults and 3 kids (under 2). There was a bathroom for every bedroom and plenty of seating for dinners/lunches whether inside or outside. The house was very clean and the pool was a consistent 85 degrees and the hot tub heated up when needed. We rented a boat for a week and it is a great location to get out to the main water and over to Keewaydin island and fishing. Marlene was great to work with and helped make sure we had the necessary equipment for the little ones. Really would not hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it!

Relaxing in Paradise

Our family enjoyed this house tremendously. Great place to decompress from stressful jobs. Beautiful, wide water view from 2 of the upstairs bedrooms, master bath, and balcony. Also nice water view from kitchen and family room. Husband preferred staying at house/pool vs going to beach. New landscaping since pictures taken. House is very well stocked. Marlene is an outstanding host - very kind and responsive. Only disappointment was the bikes as they had a lot of wear and some rust on them. Marco isn't great for biking anyway, so we never used them.

Great house for couples

We rented this house for my husband’s 70th birthday. We were 5 couples and 2 singles for a total of 12 adults. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness of this house! Marlene was great about communicating everything we needed to know! All 5 couples loved having a king size bed and their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked.(Could have used a couple more garbage bags) The house was comfortable to hang out inside or out by the pool and hot tub…lots of comfortable seating. I would definitely rent this place again and recommend it to friends.

A place worth staying

Everything about this trip was worth it. Marlene had this property ready for us on an early check in and was equally accommodating for a later check out after some of our flights were delayed. The house was clean and had all the amenities to make for a wonderful vacation. Fishing off the property was somewhat productive, but it was best to take the kayaks out and fish from the channel opening. Caught some really nice snapper and grouper. The kids had a blast in the pool and the adults all were able to enjoy grown up time. This is a place I would certainly visit again if we were to visit Marco Island again. The only thing that I can think to add to the wish list would be access to a boat. That would have really taken this vacation to the next level.

Perfect home for our annual family vacation

Just finished our week at the Hemingway House. WOW!!! All 9 of us were extremely pleased. All the adults got to sleep in King beds and have their own bathroom. The AC kept the place cool - even with the July Florida weather. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our home cooked meals including a great gas grill. We had a large table for all 9 of us to enjoy our meals together and a 2nd table for the jigsaw puzzle. The dock was so convenient for the boat we rented for the week. Marlene was the most responsive manager I have dealt with in 9 years. I highly recommend this home.

Exceptional

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Hemingway House. We were 4 couples celebrating a big birthday. The house is huge, with 5 very large bedrooms, each with a tv and bathroom. The living room and kitchen are likewise enormous. The house can easily accommodate at least 10 adults and a number of children. The pool and spa, against the backdrop of the waterfront, were terrific. The neighborhood is residential, but just a few minutes by car to the Publics, CVS and all the restaurants and on Collier Blvd. The house had every conceivable amenity, e.g., bikes, kayaks, barbecue, books, board games etc. If you stay here, particularly with a large group, you will not be disappointed.
