"Extremely basic accommodations, the room needed an overhaul, lights, fixtures, tv, electric outlets, clean up at the bathroom, new toilet water bowl, a paint job, new door and more. It was actually a lot worse than a basic motel 6. Beach access was excellent though. Personel (when there) very very nice and friendly."

"The villas are spacious, and have good layouts - their bedrooms, bathroom, living area, and terrace. The washing machine in the unit is a plus. The villa that was given to us smelled moldy. While the pillowcases looked clean, the pillows themselves were heavily stained and smelled really bad; so did some towels. "The Villa Caballero is a winner. The villas themselves are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff is top notch - in fact, I had a knee injury and needed ice and I think the staff went out and purchased gel packs as they seemed brand new and unused. Bravo!!! The property is two minute walk from Turtle Beach, two restaurants and a rather new craft brewery. Highly recommend!!!!"
