"Room was spacious, updated and clean. Bed was comfortable and there were 2 chairs that reclined so we didn't have to resort to sitting on the bed. Staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel was conveniently located for our purposes."

"I had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo in Vallejo! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with a nice contemporary touch. The kitchen was one of my favorite features—bright, spacious, and fully stocked with all the cooking amenities I needed to prepare meals with ease. The home is tucked away in a quiet area, which made for a relaxing and peaceful experience, and the views of the bay were absolutely beautiful—especially at sunrise and sunset.This was actually my second time staying at one of Von’s properties, and once again, I truly enjoyed it. Von is a gracious host who checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!"

"Overall good experience. Nice property and comfortable stay. One night there was a police helicopter circling overhead for at least an hour and then on trash day there was a house less individual digging through the garbage/recycling and making a mess, but we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "
"Avoid this property at all costs. The location is sketchy and feels genuinely unsafe. Inside, the place is filthy, not just dirty, but neglected and crawling with ants. This is not a vacation rental, it’s a health hazard. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I’ve attached 8 photos, which is the maximum allowed, but I have over 30 more documenting the unacceptable conditions. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This listing should be removed."

"We booked this rental for the BottleRock music festival, as all of the local Napa rentals were either sold out or very expensive. The property is about 30 minutes from Napa, but with terrible stoplight traffic in California, it took about an hour to get home each evening.The property itself is nice. The neighborhood is pleasant. The neighbors next door did have dogs that liked to bark in the morning. Each room had nice beds but were somewhat cramped otherwise if you were to fill every room. We used one of the rooms we were not sleeping in as "storage" for our bags. The master bedroom is very, very nice. House was overall clean.I did have to reach out to the owner about 20 minutes from check in time to get information on how to check in, the code, etc. They were very prompt in responsiveness, as we had not communicated in the months leading up to our stay.Overall, definitely an overall good option to stay if you're going to be in the region. "
