Charming Riverside Cottage with Private Grounds, Fishing, Pet-Friendly, WiFi, and Parking

On the site of a 15th-century mill on the banks of the Arnon, housed in a former 18th-century farmhouse, this detached cottage offers a large, private, unfenced plot of land (direct access to the river), close to the owners' house. Fishing is possible in the river with a permit available at the town hall or tourist office. Private parking and a garage are available for motorcycles. The ground floor features a large living room, while the first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Three adjoining bedrooms are available on the second floor: two with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds.
Prices include beds made upon arrival and oil-fired central heating. Optional towels are available for guests. A mandatory cleaning service of €80 is payable separately.
Baby crib and high chair are available. Wi-Fi is available. The owners are pet-friendly, and we are happy to accommodate the two dogs in the house.
