Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom home features an open floor plan, modern kitchen with an island, counter-height seating, dining area, dedicated work spaces, and living room with 75” Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with all black appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with all new beds, beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a 65" Smart TV.

Spacious living room includes a comfy pit style sofa, 75” Smart TV, a second living/den area with a small pullout sofa for additional sleeping accommodations, laundry area, private pool and patio with dining furniture, courtyard entryway with seating, high-speed 1 Gig Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual and on VRBO.
