"Unfortunate that we visited when hurricane simon was near which caused the hotel to be locked down for 1 day due to it. However, still had a pleasant time. All inclusive, food was decent and the drinks never stopped except when there was an alcohol ban during the lock down."

"We experienced hot, humid, Hurricane Simon the entire week we were there. We appreciated the organized way the management and staff handled the difficult week. It was difficult to be in lock down -- no beach access the entire week except for our first day and last day we were leaving. No swimming in ocean. No pool for 2.5 days. Obviously we are grateful Simon went away from Jalisco, but it still made for along, frustrating week. Thank you Riu staff for your hours and hours of pouring into your guest during a scary week for you too!"

"Awesome property and being up in the hills and the jungle, it definitely has a different vibe than some of the other resorts around PV along the coast. It’s very close to Bucerías, but is a bit of a hike from PV (about 40mins). Feels much more immersive with nature. Only downside is it’s a huge resort and a lot of walking, unless you wait for the shuttles, which do some pretty frequently. Staff are friendly and helpful, would stay here again!"

"We booked the Bon Hotel for our 20th anniversary celebration at Vidanta. We were upgraded to their Estates section of property and were highly impressive with the staff, the accommodation, amenities, and the grounds! Everything was topped notched! We ate at several restaurants, our favorite being Quinto, played golf at the PGA course, and enjoyed many pools day taking in the beautiful scenery! We can’t wait to plan a trip back."

"Highly recommend! My husband and I had an amazing experience staying at the W Punta Mita. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We chose the W Unlimited package and the food was great, very tasty, high quality, and much better than other “all-inclusive” experiences I’ve had at other resorts."

"We got a suite which was well worth the price for the extra room. The cleaning staff was great. The vibe at the hotel was really good. The only negative is that the property is over an hour from Puerto Vallarta so any activities outside the hotel take a huge part of your day due to transportation."
