"As an American, it was a good value for our money. Spa was very nice with helpful staff but unlike other properties, you are not allowed to use the spa amenities outside of the specific services you are booked. Also the room service is incredibly slow. On the weekend, we were told an hour wait and it ended up being 1.5-2hr wait. The food is okay. The prices at the gift shop are even more inflated than the average resort; a $20 Target quality dress will run you $120-150. The ice cream/snack shop is absolute bedlam around check out time, with everyone packed in there looking for a quick bite. Wait for a plain grilled cheese was 30 min. The customer service, however, is generally very good all around and the various pools are fun. Wasn’t too crowded even for Labor Day weekend. Would stay again and just not order room service and also stick with the Mexican food, which was usually the tastiest option."

"We had an amazing stay! The service was excellent from start to finish, and the hotel offers great value for families. There was always something to keep the kids entertained, which made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing for us as parents. A very special shout-out to **Mr. Alfonso at reception**, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. Also, a huge thank you to **Miss Luz at the towels station** for always being so kind and friendly. Their attention to detail and warm service truly made a difference. This is a great hotel for families looking for a fun, comfortable, and enjoyable vacation. We would definitely come back! 🤍✨"

"Beautiful place and beautiful beach! The hotel is amazing, and most of the food was great. The only restaurant that wasn’t the best was Spice Market, but all the other restaurants were excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Our experience at UNICO was beyond amazing from beginning to end. The staff was exceptional—everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was spectacular! Every meal we had was delicious, and the quality and variety were far beyond what we expected from an all-inclusive resort. Our room was absolutely beautiful, the property was gorgeous, and the attention to detail throughout the resort was impressive. Everything felt luxurious, relaxing, and extremely well cared for. Honestly, everything exceeded our expectations. The service, food, rooms, atmosphere—everything was wonderful. We had such an incredible experience and would absolutely return. Highly recommend UNICO!"
