"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. "We had a lovely, large, clean, airy room with a comfortable balcony which had a table and chairs. Really good air conditioning which was needed and a mini fridge with drinks. Very comfortable bed. Staff were really friendly and helped us to book a restaurant and taxi. Breakfast had a mixture of continental and scrambled eggs and sausage. I would highly recommend this hotel."

Our room was cleaned every day, the beds were beautifully made, fresh towels were provided daily, and complimentary bottled water was replenished each day. The attention to detail was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food and excellent coffee. The breakfast room was elegant and welcoming, making it a lovely way to start each morning. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. They gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. "The location is magnificent along the lungomare so you go to bed and wake up with the sun and sea. The staff were very welcoming and polite. Early breakfast was available and excellent. I would stay there again and in fact this was not my first visit."

"Very luxurious castle type property-beds are great . We had two rooms on 2nd floor - which is really like a 3 rd - hefty walk - especially with sets of luggage . Pool was amazing - they forgot to open washroom by pool - oh well . Michelin wasn’t opened that day - sad - but bistro was adequate. Road in is in terrible shape . Overall a very chill place - great staff and rooms etc . It’s just designed more for events than “ actual “ guests I believe "
