"Great rooms nice location"

"Good in all aspects"

"The breakfast was really great and with good variety. The coffee machine was wonderful and can provide hot and fresh coffee and drinks. Only downfall was that the bathroom (the room I stayed) was too tight that the door blocking in the way between the toilet and the shower which make it harder to get in and out. Please keep up the good work and we may come back soon."

"They need grab bars in the shower and by toilet. Otherwise the room was great!"

"minor point... it can be a labrinth to get to your room. it's the personality of the real estate. however, if a staff member can see there's a deer in the head lights look in a "client" after being told the navigation instructions, recognize that and make sure there is staff available to help navigate the premises."

"Nice room, great view, good breakfast spread, great location"

"This place was AMAZING!! The complimentary breakfast and wine happy hour were such a special touch that also brought all the guest's together. Whenever I am back in Pacific Grove, I will be stayingat the Charles. :) One of the best stays I have had in a long time."

"Our first time with fully self check in. I had a little issue receiving access instructions, but was able to connect to someone over the phone and they were very helpful. Very charming building and decor and very conveniently located. I would stay again."

"They advertise an electric car charging station but they only make it available between 8-11PM. Ridiculous."

"Great little motel - clean & reasonable!"

"We had another beautiful stay at The Clement. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping and bell staff. The location is the best in town, and the bed…I wish I could take it home with me! I highly recommend this hotel!"
