Excelente hotel. Localização muito boa, na melhor região da cidade. Quartos bem estruturados, limpos e com mobília nova. Cama confortável e cortina black out. Tinha até rede nas janelas, uma preocupação importante para famílias com crianças pequenas. Excelente café da manhã e restaurante com vista panorâmica da cidade.

Estávamos em 3 e só tinha uma toalha de banho no quarto, fui pegar e no dia seguinte deixaram só duas toalhas. A segunda vez q fiquei nesse hotel e que enfrentei o mesmo problema. Comida do restaurante pra janta tb poderia ter mais qualidade
Hotel bom, acomodação muito boa, porém, televisões não são smarts, wi-fi não pega em alguns cômodos do quarto, da pra ouvir o barulho do o ar condicionado do vizinho.
Os lençóis são pequenos e só de deitar na cama eles saem do lugar, deixando o colchão descoberto, encontrei alguns cabelos nos lençóis. O número de toalhas era sempre insuficiente, tendo q pegar la na recepção.
A limpeza deixa a desejar, não trocaeam a toalha de chão do banheiro, que estava bem suja, achei uma bolacha embaixo da cama, q meus filhos derrubaram no primeiro dia e as camareiras nao viram e continuou lá.
Aoareciam uns tufos de sujeira no chão.
Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos.
Quarto confortável e amplo. Deixamos o papel na porta para limpar o quarto e quando voltamos a noite ainda estava sujo, não limparam no primeiro dia e na primeira noite ao pedirmos uma toalha, pois eramos 3 e tinha somente 2, falaram que tinha que descer para pegar, mas com bebe no banho já não era possível. Como não limparam o quarto pedi se poderiam levar o lixo ao menos, tinhamos pedido comida no quarto e tinha os restos, não aceitaram retirar.
A recepção merece mais treinamento, falhas nas comunicações com os hóspedes. Faltando foco na manutenção no checkout para que não tenham problemas checkin. O Hotel já foi impecável.
Nossa estadia foi muito agradável, fomos bem recepcionados e o apartamento estava impecável. Apenas a questão do estacionamento ser cobrado a parte que não fomos informados com antecedência e não fazia parte da contratação do serviço. Mas mesmo assim, fomos muito bem atendidos pelos manobristas.
