Great Stay!

Another 4 night stay at this hotel. Staff are so good but English is limited. Carlos on reception is the guy to go to if you want an English speaker. Breakfast is good and plentiful.

Great Hotel

Check-in was quick and efficient. Staff at the hotel are very good and helpful but only one speaks English. Rooms were clean as was tge bathrooom. Cleaning staff attended everyday. Free coffe and tea is available in reception. The breakfast was excellent and we had a couple of meals in the evening. Meals were of a high quality and the portions were huge!

Atendimento e atenção às necessidades do hóspede passam longe deste hotel. A experiência foi extremamente frustrante. Falta preparo, falta interesse e, principalmente, falta respeito com quem está pagando. As solicitações básicas não são atendidas, a comunicação é falha e o hóspede claramente não é prioridade.
